Directly responsible for key accounts and performance metrics on those accounts with direct communication with the clients.

Directly responsible for scheduling clients and communicating their needs/request to our traffic department.

Responsible for staging, unpacking, set-up, inspection, and quality report of each item scheduled for delivery.

Responsible for communicating with out teams on the road, assisting our customers with updates, and providing support to the last mile delivery network for that day.
